What we collect
- Intake and account details you provide: name, business name, business website, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses.
- Order records: what was quoted, ordered, attested to and shipped.
- Server logs: IP address, user agent and pages requested, kept for security and to diagnose faults.
Booking a call happens on Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own policy.
Why we hold it
To review and approve accounts, quote and fulfil orders, keep the research‑use attestation record, meet our own record‑keeping obligations, and to contact you about your account.
Who it is shared with
Only where it is needed to do the work: carriers for delivery, our payment bank for invoicing, and service providers who host and run this site. Where we make a payments introduction, we share only what you ask us to share, and only with your say‑so.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioural advertising.
How long
Account and order records for as long as the account is open and afterwards for the period our record‑keeping obligations require. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request that loads them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date on this page.
