1. Who we supply
Scale Peptides supplies businesses and research buyers only. We do not sell to individuals for personal use. Accounts are reviewed by a person before pricing is visible, and we may decline or close any account at our discretion.
2. Research use only
All product is supplied for laboratory and research purposes. It is not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and not for use in food. A research‑use attestation is required on every order from every account, and we retain that record.
3. Your claims are yours
Buyers are solely responsible for how they label, describe, market and resell product downstream, and for compliance with all laws applicable to them. We decline accounts that make human‑use claims, and we may terminate supply where a buyer’s public claims cross that line.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
- Pricing is quoted per account inside the portal. No public price book exists.
- Orders are reviewed by hand and confirmed before dispatch.
- Wholesale accounts are invoiced by wire or ACH. Cards are not accepted.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to stock.
5. Dispatch
Orders placed and confirmed before 2pm Pacific dispatch the same business day. Later orders dispatch the next business morning. Transit times are the carrier’s and are not guaranteed by us.
6. Testing and certificates
We test every SKU we carry across five measures — identity, purity, net content, endotoxin and microbial screening — through an independent laboratory. Certificates carry an accession number so they can be verified with the issuing laboratory directly. We do not perform or claim sterility testing, which is a separate assay.
7. Returns
Because of the nature of the product, we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed units. Shortages, damage in transit and mis‑shipments must be reported within seven days of delivery and will be replaced or credited once verified. Contact us before returning anything.
8. What we do not do
- We do not process payments on behalf of clients and are not a payment facilitator.
- We do not run any client’s card volume through our own merchant account.
- We do not assist with merchant category miscoding or with describing product as something it is not, and we will decline the engagement if asked.
- Payments work is an introduction to acquirers and registered ISOs. We make no representation that any application will be approved — the acquiring bank decides.
9. Limits
Product is supplied as described on its certificate. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any use of product outside the research purposes for which it is supplied, and our liability on any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your order.
